Most people dream of having a career that matches their passion in life. I feel blessed to earn my living in a way that allows me to fulfill the personal mission statement I wrote for myself when I was 18 years old …
To facilitate, inspire and lead people in making personal movement in their lives, by serving as a role model of one who lives her life in congruence with her values and beliefs.
I feel such privilege to work with men and women who are excited to grow and make positive changes in their lives. It is an honor to be invited into people’s private lives to help them achieve their greatest goals, overcome their worst fears and celebrate their truest successes.
I have worked with hundreds of clients since I started my business in 2000. I am excited to introduce you to just a few of them here.

When I came to a crossroads in my life, I decided it was time to call Stacey, who I met at a Power Hour years before. She made such an impression on me then that I knew I would call her when I was ready to take a good look at myself and begin living the life of my dreams. Stacey and I clicked from the beginning and when opportunities came my way that did not sound like they were part of the ideal life I'd envisioned, Stacey was there to point it out to me and steer me back on course. I could not have come so far so quickly without Stacey's guidance and positive encouragement. I am living my ideal life, which keeps evolving - and so do I!

I began working with Stacey two years ago when I was searching for a business coach. I was a partner in a fast-growing business that was outgrowing my skill set and comfort zone. I had been effective as a hands-on micro-manager, but knew that I had to reinvent myself to be effective in the future.
Our initial work together helped me evaluate my life objectively. I saw how I was reacting to situations, and sometimes not showing up as I had intended. I was amazed to see that my problems at work were virtually the same in other areas of my life.
Stacey coaches me to identify my personal values, interests, and goals. Stacey then helps me to incorporate these into my daily life. She helps me remove barriers when I get stuck, challenges me when I am taking the easy way out, and is always there to support whatever I am going through. Instead of reacting to what life throws at me, I am now creating the life that I want to live.
What started out as becoming a more effective businessperson has led me to living intentionally. Since then, my business has grown by 50%, my time at work is spent on projects that are much more meaningful to me, I spend more quality time with my wife and children, and I am a much happier person.

When I began working with Stacey, I didn’t totally understand the role of a life coach and was skeptical. I have a human resources background and I have helped many people realize their professional and personal goals. I didn’t think it could be that different for me to help myself! But time and time again, our work has proved that having an objective person guide you along is very valuable.
When I started my work with Stacey, I didn’t know specifically what I even wanted from our sessions. I was searching for some clarity and career direction because I felt stuck in a professional rut. In trying to help me with the professional situation, Stacey introduced her concept of the wheel of life, which basically depicts that your “ideal life” includes all factors of your life- financial, spiritual, relationships, self, etc. In the beginning, this was all too “Kum Ba Yah” for me and I wanted to skip it! All those other areas were just fine—or so I thought.
Eventually, I grabbed on to this concept and evaluated every area of my life and compared it to the life I’ve dreamed of over the years. Filling in the gaps is essentially what I did in my work with Stacey. Of course, this course of action continues now. The most valuable asset I got out of my work with Stacey is the toolbox I walked away with. The tools aren’t necessarily tangible, but they include new behaviors, new thought processes, a different approach to problem-solving, and practical tools on interaction and communication. These tools not only help me navigate a busy mom’s day-to-day challenges, but also how to evaluate major life decisions. These tools added a layer of objectivity and self-control to my life that I was missing.
My work with Stacey has helped me create my ideal life professionally, within my marital relationship, and in my roles as mom, daughter and friend. My relationships have changed, my spiritual life has been enhanced, and my family is more financially sound. I went to work on one part of my life and ended up “fixing” so much more. Although I did the work myself, her expertise, wit, no-nonsense style, compassion, understanding and encouragement were invaluable to the process. My outcomes far exceeded my expectations!
If I hadn’t worked with Stacey, I would have to assume my life would’ve continued the way it was going. Back then, I let the momentum of my daily life and responsibilities guide me. Now, I’m the one with the steering wheel and I call the shots. I get a thrill out of life now! I appreciate so much more of what I have and I most of all, I am happy and confident of the way my life is going. I’m living with NO REGRETS. Stacey has helped me put together a life that is filled with what I’ve dreamed my life to be as well as the tools to work with what may come up in the future.

When I met Stacey Vicari in the fall of 2004, my life was quite different than it is now. I was in a depression that had lasted several years. I felt I had no specific reason to be unhappy, but I realize now that my life was very unfulfilling, and I had no social life or special someone to spend time with. I was working three jobs just to occupy my time. Work was the only thing that brought me fulfillment.
I attended one of Stacey's Power Hours, and she helped me to imagine my “Ideal Life”. All I wanted out of life was to be married and have a family. It seemed attainable, but I had negative experiences that led me to believe it wasn't. Stacey was able to convince me that happiness was possible and guided me through the steps to make real changes in my life.
Over 4 years later, my work life is much more in control. I have friends that I spend time with, I have been married for a year and a half, and I have a baby on the way. People who knew me before are amazed at the difference in my life! I have really come out of my shell as a person.
The most amazing thing is that the most significant changes took only 6-9 months. Stacey won't take credit for any of my successes. She says that she just encouraged me to progress towards where I wanted to be. But I feel that without her guidance, the life that I now know and love would not have happened.

I first came to Stacey because something in my life just felt out of sync. Life was good, but not great. By all outward measures of success, I should have felt better than I did.
After my younger sister's life threatening illness, I realized that life was far too short to waste and I wanted to identify what and why things felt out of balance. I wanted to accelerate the change process! As a result of my work with Stacey, I've reduced the negativity in my life—my own negativity and that of those around me. I've learned to plan fun into my schedule the same way I plan my work responsibilities. Our joke is that I have to plan my spontaneity! I'm even learning to say no to things I don't want to do and stick to it. Setting boundaries and determining what I really want is getting easier every day.
The pace and depth of the changes I've made are directly tied to Stacey's ability to cut through the white noise of everyday life and the accepted status quo of how things are done.

When I was first encouraged to work with a life coach, I was a bit skeptical. After all, it wasn't my idea. But after some research, I decided to call Stacey.
At 23, I felt like I was at a standstill point in my life; I knew what I wanted but had no idea where to begin. A friend and I had started a DJ business, but I didn't know how to take it to the next level. I felt a lot of pressure to do well, not just because I was going in a different direction than the career I'd prepared for in college, but also because I have a desire to excel. On top of that, I wanted to become more independent and get my own place, but didn't know if I could swing it financially.
I have been working with Stacey for just six weeks, and I feel like I've made great progress already. I have so many dreams and ambitions and Stacey has really helped me prioritize the things in my life that bring me closer to realizing my goals. For my business, she is helping me focus on growth, and I am creating a marketing plan. I am also much more financially organized, and feel well on my way to moving into my own space. On top of that, my personal relationships are stronger and I feel I am growing personally.
